  Know all men by these Presents that we William Right and James Campbell are held and firmly Bound unto their Excelency the Governor for the time being in the sum of ₤50 which Payment well and truly to be made to the P. Governor or his Successors we bind ourselves our heirs &c jointly and severly firmly by these Presents signed with our seals and Dated this 6 day of December 1800 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas there is a marriage shortly Intended to be solemnized between the above bound William Right and Fanny Campbell for which a licence is Issued. Now if there be no just cause to obstruct the said marriage then this obligation to be void lic to remain in full force and virtue Wm Right (Seal) Jas.
